Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 2012-1 SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 2012-1 SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2012-1 SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122003-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122003-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122003-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122020-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122020-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122020-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement Agreement, or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122015-1 2 SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122015-1 2 SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122015-1 2 SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.. Acceptance by the Transferee. Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122011-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122011-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122011-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122019-1 B SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122019-1 B SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122019-1 B SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement Agreement, or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122011-1 B SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122011-1 B SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122011-1 B SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement Agreement, or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122009-1 SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122009-1 SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122009-1 SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122010-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122010-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122010-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement Agreement, or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122007-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122007-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122007-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122009-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122009-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122009-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122003-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122003-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122003-1 A SUBI Certificate, in 7 SUBI Certificate Transfer Agreement the SUBI Trust Agreement Agreement, or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder holder of the 2012-1 Investor SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 2012-1 Investor SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2012-1 Investor SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 2012each 99% 2001-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 2012respective 2001-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2012respective 99% 2001-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122017-1 2 SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122017-1 2 SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122017-1 2 SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20122005-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20122005-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20122005-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 2012each 99% 1999-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 2012respective 1999-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2012respective 99% 1999-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith..
