ACCEPTANCE BY TOWN. The said TOWN hereby promises and agrees with the said CONTRACTOR to employ, and does hereby employ the said CONTRACTOR to provide the materials and to do the work according to the terms and conditions herein contained and referred to, for the prices aforesaid, and hereby contracts to pay the same at the time, in the manner and upon the conditions above set forth; and the said parties for themselves their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, do hereby agree to the full performance of the covenants herein contained.
ACCEPTANCE BY TOWN. When any town accepts this section at a meeting held at least 90 days before the annual meeting, the provisions of this section apply to the election of all town officials required by section 2525 to be elected by ballot, except the moderator, who shall be elected as provided in section 2524, subsection 2.
A. The provisions of this section relating to the nomination of town officials by political caucus apply only when a town separately accepts those provisions at a meeting held at least 90 days before the annual meeting. ACCEPTANCE BY TOWN. If Town finds that all of Owner’s requirements under this Agreement have been satisfied, it shall formally accept the stormwater system. Formal acceptance of improvements will be in the form of a written document as recommended by the Director of Public Works and his/her designee and signed by the Town Manager or his/her designee.
ACCEPTANCE BY TOWN. The Town Board of the Town of Eagle has reviewed this agreement at their meeting on ____________, 20__, and authorized the Town Chairman to sign the same.
