Common use of Acceptance by Trust Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by Trust. On the Closing Date, if the conditions set forth in Article IV have been satisfied, the Trust shall execute and issue, and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and deliver to, or upon the order of, the Trust Depositor, the Notes secured by the Collateral.

Acceptance by Trust. On the Closing Date, if the conditions set forth in Article IV Four have been satisfied, the Trust shall execute and issue, and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and deliver to, or upon the order of, the Trust Depositor, the Notes secured by the Collateral.

Acceptance by Trust. On the Closing Date, if the conditions set forth in Article IV Section 2.2 have been satisfied, the Trust shall execute and issue, and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and deliver authenticate, to, or upon the order of, the Trust Depositor, Depositor the Notes secured by the Indenture Collateral. The Trust hereby acknowledges its acceptance of the Loan Assets, and declares that it shall maintain such right, title and interest in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Trust Agreement upon the trust herein and therein set forth.
