Common use of Acceptance by Xxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by Xxxxxxx. The receipt of the Award is conditioned upon the Grantee’s acceptance of the Award Letter, thereby becoming a party to this Agreement, no later than sixty (60) days after the date of the Award set forth therein (the “Award Date”) or, if later, thirty (30) days after the Grantee is informed of the availability of this Agreement.

Acceptance by Xxxxxxx. The receipt of the Award is conditioned upon its acceptance by the Grantee’s acceptance Grantee in the space provided therefor at the end of the attached Award Letter, thereby becoming a party letter and the return of an executed copy of such Award letter to this Agreement, the Secretary of the Company no later than sixty (60) 60 days after the date of the Award Date set forth therein (the “Award Date”) or, if later, thirty (30) 30 days after the Grantee is informed of the availability of receives this Agreement.
