ACCEPTANCE FOR FILING. 23.1 This agreement and the obligations of the Optionee hereunder are subject to acceptance for filing by the TSXV on behalf of the Optionee. 23.2 Forthwith following the execution of this agreement, the Optionee will file notice of this agreement with the TSXV, together with all other documents required by applicable TSXV policies, for acceptance on behalf of the Optionee and will diligently prosecute the application until the Acceptance Date.
