Common use of Acceptance of Agency Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Agency. The Warrant Agent xxxxxx accepts the agency established by this Warrant Agreement and agrees to perform the same upon the express terms and conditions herein set forth and, among other things, shall account promptly to the Company with respect to Warrants exercised and concurrently account for, and forward to the Company all moneys received for warrant exercises in a given month by the 5th business day of the following month by wire transfer to an account designated by the Company.

Acceptance of Agency. In particular, The Warrant Agent shall forward funds received for warrant exercises in a given month by the 5th business day Business Day of the following month by wire transfer to an account designated by the Company.
