Acceptance of Agreement; Conditions. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this DDA purchase is made subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Purchase Agreement, as well as the Disclosure Statement, and/or any other Offering Materials provided to you with respect to the Tokens, and that the Token Issuer shall have the right to accept or reject, in its sole discretion, the Purchaser’s DDA purchase for any reason or no reason, in whole or in part, and at any time prior to its acceptance.
