Acceptance of Appointment; Survival of Immunities. By his, her or its signature to this Agreement, the initial Agent hereby accepts the appointment contained in this Agreement, as confirmed and extended by this Agreement, and agrees to act as Agent and to discharge the duties and responsibilities 41 of Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
