Common use of Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation System of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 20.8(b) (and the payment of all fees in respect thereof for the period from the date of the Closing to a date not earlier than the third anniversary date of the Closing).

Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation System (the "Process Agent") of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 20.8(b23.8(e) (and Section 1.6 of the payment of all fees in respect thereof Subsidiary Guarantee for the period from the date of the Closing to a date not earlier than June 10, 2024 (and the third anniversary date payment in full of the Closingall fees in respect thereof).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation System (the “Process Agent”) of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 20.8(b23.8(e) (hereof and Section 16(b) of the payment of all fees in respect thereof Subsidiary Guarantees for the period from the date of the Closing to a date not earlier than July 24, 2025 (and the third anniversary date payment in full of the Closingall fees in respect thereof).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation System (the “Process Agent”) of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 20.8(b23.8(e) (hereof and Section 16(b) of the payment of all fees in respect thereof Subsidiary Guarantees for the period from the date of the Closing to a date not earlier than June 30, 2029 (and the third anniversary date payment in full of the Closingall fees in respect thereof).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation System (the “Process Agent”) of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 20.8(b23.8(e) (and Section 1.6 of the payment of all fees in respect thereof Subsidiary Guarantee for the period from the date of the Closing to a date not earlier than March 24, 2025 (and the third anniversary date payment in full of the Closingall fees in respect thereof).

Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation System of the appointment appointments and designation designations provided for by Section 20.8(b23.8(e) (and the payment of all fees in respect thereof this Agreement for the period from the date of Closing through November 19, 2025 (and the Closing to a date not earlier than the third anniversary date payment in full of the Closingall fees in respect thereof).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by of CT Corporation System of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 20.8(b) (and the payment of all fees in respect thereof 24.8 for the period from the date of the Closing to a date not earlier than one year after the third anniversary date of the Closingfinal maturity (and payment in full of all fees, if any, in respect thereof).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation System (the "Process Agent") of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 20.8(b23.8(e) (hereof and Section 16(b) of the payment of all fees in respect thereof Subsidiary Guarantees for the period from the date of the Closing to a date not earlier than April 7, 2033 (and the third anniversary date payment in full of the Closingall fees in respect thereof).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by of CT Corporation System of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 20.8(b) (and the payment of all fees in respect thereof 24.8 for the period from the date of the Closing to a date not earlier than the third anniversary one year plus date of the Closingfinal maturity (and payment in full of all fees, if any, in respect thereof).
