Common use of Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by Corporation Service Company of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.7(e) for the period from the date of the Closing to May 30, 2029 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by Corporation Service Company the Parent Guarantor of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.7(e) for the period from the date of the Closing to May 30July 19, 2029 2025 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by Corporation Service Company of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.7(e24.7(e) for the period from the date of the Closing to May 30June 26, 2029 2028 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by Corporation Service Company of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.7(e) for the period from the date of the Closing to May 30October 7, 2029 2032 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).
