Common use of Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation (the "Process Agent") of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.8(e) hereof and Section 16(b) of the Subsidiary Guarantees for the period from the date of the Closing to April 7, 2033 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).

Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation (the "“Process Agent"”) of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.8(e) hereof and Section 16(b) of the Subsidiary Guarantees for the period from the date of the Closing to April 7July 24, 2033 2025 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation System (the "“Process Agent"”) of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.8(e) hereof and Section 16(b) 1.6 of the Subsidiary Guarantees Guarantee for the period from the date of the Closing to April 7March 24, 2033 2025 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).

Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation (the "“Process Agent"”) of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.8(e) hereof and Section 16(b) of the Subsidiary Guarantees for the period from the date of the Closing to April 7June 30, 2033 2029 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).

Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation (the "Process Agent") System, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000, of the appointment and designation provided for by the Company in Section 23.8(e) hereof and by each Subsidiary Guarantor in Section 16(b5.5(e) of the its Subsidiary Guarantees Guarantee for the period from the date of the Closing to April 7May 23, 2033 (2019 and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).
