Common use of Acceptance of Custodial Files Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Custodial Files. The Custodian, as the duly appointed agent of the Trustee for these purposes, acknowledges receipt of the Mortgage Notes, the Mortgages, the assignments and other documents relating to the Mortgage Loans identified on the schedule attached hereto and declares that it holds and will hold such Mortgage Notes, Mortgages, assignments and other documents and any similar documents received by the Trustee subsequent to the date hereof (the "Custodial Files") as agent for the Trustee, in trust, for the use and benefit of all present and future Certificateholders.
