Lessee hereby agrees that it has accepted the Engine for all purposes of this Lease and Lessee's's acceptance of the Engine was conclusive evidence that, as between Lessor and Lessee, the Engine was in all respects satisfactory to Lessee and was in compliance with this Lease.
