Acceptance of existing vehicles. Upon delivery of the Tempe Bus Fleet vehicles on July 1, 2013, the parties jointly executed a vehicle inspection document specifying the condition of the vehicles. RPTA shall assume all risk and responsibility for the vehicles until RPTA returns the vehicles to Tempe. In the absence of an extension or replacement of this agreement, RPTA shall return the vehicles to Tempe in the same condition as originally delivered, except for ordinary wear and tear.
