ACCEPTANCE OF FACSIMILE SIGNATURES. 12.1 The XXXXXXX DISTRICT and the SCHOOL DISTRICT agree that agreements ancillary to this AGREEMENT and related documents to be entered into in connection with this AGREEMENT will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by facsimile transmission. Such facsimile signature will be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original signature.
