Acceptance of Partial Payments of Rent. No acceptance by either party of a lesser sum than the amount then due to such party shall be deemed to be other than a partial installment of such rent due, nor shall any endorsement or statement on any check or any letter accompanying any check or payment as rent be deemed an accord and satisfaction, and either party may accept such check or payment without prejudice to the other party’s right to recover the balance of such installment or pursue any other remedy in this Lease provided. The delivery of keys to any employee of the Landlord or to the Landlord’s agent or any employee thereof shall not operate as a termination of this Lease or a surrender of the Premises.
