Acceptance of Payments. The acceptance by the Consultant of a payment without a written protest filed with DFCM within 3 calendar days of receipt of such payment, shall release the DFCM from all claims and all liability to the Consultant for fees and costs of the performance of the services associated with the services related to such payment pursuant to this Agreement.
