Acceptance of Payments. If Landlord, at any time or times, shall accept rent after the same shall become due and payable, such acceptance shall not excuse any such delay upon subsequent occasions, or constitute, or be construed as, a waiver of any of Landlord’s rights or remedies hereunder.
