ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES MEMORANDUM. THIS ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES MEMORANDUM (this “Memorandum”) is entered into on this day of , 20 by and between XXXXXXX CENTRE, LTD., a Texas limited partnership, as Landlord (“Landlord”), and TC Loan Service, LLC, as Tenant (“Tenant”). ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES MEMORANDUM. This Memorandum is an amendment to the Lease Agreement for space in 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Suite 800 Houston, Xxxxxx County, Texas 77030, executed on the 6th day of May, 2015 between Sheridan Hills Developments L.P., a Texas limited partnership, as Landlord and Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as Tenant. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that:
ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES MEMORANDUM. Within ten (10) days after Substantial Completion of the Tenant’s Improvements, Landlord and Tenant shall execute the Acceptance of Premises Memorandum (herein so called) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E; provided, however, that in the event Tenant occupies the Premises for the purpose of conducting its business therefrom and fails to timely execute an Acceptance of Premises Memorandum, the Premises shall be deemed to be Substantially Complete (as defined in the Work Letter) and suitable for the Permitted Use without Tenant’s execution of an Acceptance of Premises Memorandum.
ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES MEMORANDUM. Upon Substantial Completion (as defined in the Work Letter) of Tenant's Improvements, Landlord and Tenant shall execute the Acceptance of Premises Memorandum (herein so called) attached hereto as Exhibit B. If Tenant occupies the Premises without executing an Acceptance of Premises Memorandum, Tenant shall be deemed to have accepted the Premises for all purposes and Substantial Completion shall be deemed to have occurred on the earlier to occur of: (i) actual occupancy (ii) the Commencement Date set forth in Item 4 of Article 1 or (iii) the date Tenant commences doing business at the Premises if Landlord consents to an early occupancy as set forth in Section 2.2.1.
ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES MEMORANDUM. This memorandum is being executed pursuant to the Commercial Lease Agreement (the LEASE) executed on the _____ day of____________,1999, between MEPC QUORUM PROPERTIES II INC., a Delaware corporation (LANDLORD), and MANNATECH, INC., a Texas corporation (TENANT).
