ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES MEMORANDUM. THIS ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES MEMORANDUM (this “Memorandum”) is entered into on this day of , 20 by and between XXXXXXX CENTRE, LTD., a Texas limited partnership, as Landlord (“Landlord”), and TC Loan Service, LLC, as Tenant (“Tenant”).
