Common use of Acceptance of Prior Acts Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Prior Acts. Any person who becomes a Member, by becoming a Member, accepts, ratifies and agrees to be bound by all actions duly taken pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement by the Company or any of its members prior to the date such Person became a Member and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, specifically ratifies and approves all agreements and other instruments as may have been executed and delivered on behalf of the Company prior to said date and which are in force and effect on said date.

Acceptance of Prior Acts. Any person Person who becomes a Member, by becoming a Member, accepts, ratifies and agrees to be bound by all actions duly taken pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement by the Company or any of its members prior to the date such Person it became a Member and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, specifically ratifies and approves all agreements and other instruments as may have been executed and delivered on behalf of the Company prior to said date and which are in force and effect on said date.

Any person Person who becomes a Member, by becoming a an Additional Member, accepts, ratifies and agrees to be bound by all actions duly taken pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement by the Operating Company or any of its members prior to the date such Person it became a an Additional Member and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, specifically ratifies and approves all agreements and other instruments as may have been executed and delivered on behalf of the Operating Company prior to said date and which are in force and effect on said date.

Any person Person who becomes is admitted as a Member, by becoming being admitted as a Member, accepts, ratifies and agrees to be bound by all actions duly taken pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement by the Company or any of its members prior to the date such Person became it was admitted as a Member and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, specifically ratifies and approves all agreements and other instruments as may have been executed and delivered on behalf of the Company prior to said date and which are in force and effect on said date.

Any person Person who becomes an Additional Member or a Member, by becoming a New Member, accepts, ratifies and agrees to be bound by all actions duly taken pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement by the Operating Company or any of its members prior to the date such Person it became an Additional Member or a New Member and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, specifically ratifies and approves all agreements and other instruments as may have been executed and delivered on behalf of the Operating Company prior to said date and which are in force and effect on said date.

Any person who becomes a Member, by becoming a Member, accepts, Member ratifies and agrees to be bound by all actions duly taken by the Company pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement by the Company or any of its members prior to the date such Person it became a Member and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, specifically ratifies and approves all agreements and other instruments as may have been duly executed and delivered on behalf of the Company prior to said date and which are in full force and effect on said date.
