Common use of Acceptance of Prior Acts Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Prior Acts. Any Permitted Transferee or other Person who becomes a Member of the Company, accepts, ratifies and agrees to be bound by all actions duly taken pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement by the Company prior to the date it became a Member and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, specifically ratifies and approves all agreements and other instruments as may have been executed and delivered on behalf of the Company prior to such date and which are in force and effect on such date.

Acceptance of Prior Acts. Any Permitted A Transferee or other Person who becomes of the Membership Interest of a Member who is admitted to the Company in place and stead of the Company, a Member accepts, ratifies and agrees to be bound by all actions duly taken pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement by the Company prior to the date it became a Member was admitted to the Company and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, specifically ratifies and approves all agreements and other instruments as may have been executed and delivered on behalf of the Company prior to such date and which are in force and effect on such date.
