Common use of Acceptance of Service of Process Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the Agency, service of process on the Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Administrator, or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made by personal service upon the Developer (or upon a member of the Developer) and shall be valid whether made within or without the State of California, or in such manner as may be provided by law.

Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the Successor Agency, service of process on the Successor Agency shall be made by personal service upon the AdministratorExecutive Director or Chairman of the Successor Agency, or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Successor Agency against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made by personal service upon the Developer (Developer, or upon a member of the Developer) in such manner as may be provided by law, and shall be valid whether made within or without the State of California, or in such manner as may be provided by law.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the Agency, service of process on the Agency shall be made by personal service upon the AdministratorExecutive Director or Secretary of Agency, or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made in such manner as may be provided by personal service upon the Developer (or upon a member of the Developer) law and shall be valid whether made within or without the State of California, or in such manner as may be provided by law.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer Borrower against the Agency, service of process on the Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Administrator, Secretary or Executive Director of Agency or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the DeveloperBorrower, service of process on the Developer shall be made by personal service upon the Developer (or upon a member of the Developer) and shall be valid whether made within or without the State of California, or in such manner as may be provided by lawlaw and shall be effective whether served inside or outside of California.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by the City and/or the Agency against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made by personal service upon the Developer (Developer, or upon a member of the Developer) in such manner as may be provided by law, and shall be valid whether made within or without the State of California, or in such manner as may be provided by law.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the Agency, service of process on the Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Administrator, Agency’s Director or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made in the manner required by law or, in the alternative, by personal service upon any officer of the Developer (or upon so long as a member copy of the Developer) such service is delivered in accordance with Section 601 of this Agreement, and said service shall be valid effective whether made within or without outside the State of California, or in such manner as may be provided by law.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency Owner against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made in such manner as may be provided by personal service upon the Developer (or upon a member of the Developer) law and shall be valid whether made within or without the State of California, or in such manner as may be provided by law.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made by personal service upon the a partner or an officer of Developer (or upon a member of the Developer) and shall be valid whether made within or without outside the State of California, California or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
