Common use of Acceptance of Standing Quotations Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Standing Quotations. 8.1 The successful Seller(s) will receive notification by letter of acceptance of their Standing Quotations from the Authority. Sellers who do not receive any notification within 180 days after the Closing Date may assume that their Standing Quotation Submissions have not been accepted.
