Common use of ACCEPTANCE OF SUBMISSION Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE OF SUBMISSION. Receipt of the submission shall under no circumstance obligate Xxxxxxx County to accept the response, or make an award. The Offeror is responsible for obtaining any information needed in order to respond and for all costs of submitting its response. An Offeror’s submitted response is to remain firm for a minimum of ninety (90) days after opening.
