Common use of Acceptance of Subscription; Return of Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Subscription; Return of Proceeds. Stockholder acknowledges and agrees that the Company may, in its sole discretion for any reason or no reason, accept or reject this subscription in whole or in part, and that this subscription will be deemed accepted by the Company only when this Agreement is countersigned by an authorized officer of the Company and delivered to Stockholder. If this subscription is not accepted by the Company, this Agreement and any other documents delivered in connection herewith will be returned to Stockholder by the Company at the address of Stockholder as set forth in this Agreement, and any Proceeds shall be returned to Stockholder by the Company, without interest or deduction, in accordance with the payment information provided by Stockholder.
