Common use of Acceptance of Subscription Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Subscription. It is understood and agreed that the Company shall have the right to accept or reject this subscription (the “Subscription”), in whole or in part, and that the same shall be deemed to be accepted by the Company only when it is signed by the Company.
