Common use of Acceptance of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of the Agreement. Seller will be deemed to have accepted the Agreement if Seller (a) expressly accepts it by transmitting to Buyer Seller’s written or oral acknowledgement; (b) begins shipment of the Goods; (c) begins manufacture of the Goods, if they are to be specially manufactured for Buyer; or (d) begins performing Services.
