Common use of Acceptance of the Specification Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of the Specification. (1) Customer shall declare acceptance of the Specification if it is materially consistent with the Customer Requirements. The Specification is deemed to be accepted if Customer does not report in writing any material inconsistency with the Customer Requirements within 15 working days after provision of the Specification for acceptance. (2) For the avoidance of doubt, the Specification already attached to the applicable Order Form is not subject to an acceptance. SAP will start the development of the Features based on the respective document.
