Acceptance of the Terms of this Agreement. 16.1 By signing the Application Form, you hereby confirm that you have received, read and agree to be bound by these terms of business and the other terms of the Agreement. 16.2 In the event that you fail to sign the Application Form but proceed to instruct us to provide any of the Services to the Plan, you will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms of business and the other terms of the Agreement.
