ACCEPTANCE OF TRUST BY TRUSTEE. The Trustee hereby accept this Trust subject to all the terms and conditions hereof, and agrees that he will exercise his powers and perform his duties as herein set forth. Nothing contained herein, however, shall be construed to prevent the Trustee from resigning and discharging himself from the Trust.
