Common use of Acceptance of Trusts by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Trusts by Trustee. The Trustee hereby accepts the trusts and duties declared and provided for in, and as otherwise contemplated by, this supplemental indenture and hereby agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions set forth herein and as contemplated hereby and in the Original Indenture, in each case as supplemented or amended from time to time.
