Common use of Acceptance or Rejection of Subscription Clause in Contracts

Acceptance or Rejection of Subscription. (a) I understand and agree that the Company reserves the right to reject this subscription for Units, in whole or in part and at any time prior to the issuance of the Units pursuant to the terms herein, notwithstanding prior receipt by me of notice of acceptance of my subscription, if in its judgment it deems such action to be in the best interests of the Company.
