ACCEPTANCE PROVISION. You and we acknowledge and agree that when you (or anyone else you allow to use your account(s) or our products or services) continue use of any of your account(s) or our products or services, you are confirming your acceptance and agreement to ALL of the terms of the latest and current version of, and modification(s) to, this Membership and Account Agreement and the additional agreements and disclosures in this handbook, regardless of whether such terms relate to the particular account(s) or products and services that were used.
ACCEPTANCE PROVISION. The parties read this Statement of Work, Agreement, and all attachments (collectively, the "Agreement"), and agree to its contents. The Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the Project. The invalidity or unenforceability of any term, provision, clause, or any portion thereof, of this Agreement, shall in no way impair or a昀昀ect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, which remains in full force and e昀昀ect. TrueOmni assumes no responsibility for data, recordings, or information lost.
