Common use of Acceptance Walkthrough Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Walkthrough. ACCESS Integrated will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of new or additional provisioned Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days after the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any identified deviations from ACCESS Integrated’s original or jointly amended application within seven (7) days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties mutually agree upon a different time frame. BellSouth will then establish a new Space Ready Date. Another acceptance walkthrough will be scheduled and conducted within fifteen (15) days after the new Space Ready Date. This follow- up acceptance walkthrough will be limited to only those deviations identified in the initial walkthrough. If ACCESS Integrated completes its acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, billing will begin upon the date of ACCESS Integrated’s acceptance of the Collocation Space (Space Acceptance Date). In the event ACCESS Integrated fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by ACCESS Integrated on the Space Ready Date and billing will commence from that date.

BellSouth will correct any identified deviations from ACCESS IntegratedNeutral Tandem’s original or jointly amended application within seven (7) days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties mutually agree upon a different time frame. In the event ACCESS Integrated Neutral Tandem fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by ACCESS Integrated Neutral Tandem on the Space Ready Date and billing will commence from that date.
