Accepted Transfer(s). Members have the right to transfer all or part of the Company's interests to the transferee, not to any of the agreements contained in this Agreement, to the transferee of any trust created for the exclusive benefit of the spouse, descendants of the Main Party or the Transferee, which is one of the following relationships with another member or transfer member: Section 8.16 Restrictions or Percentages of Transfers of New Descendants of Spouses and/or Former Members of Members. Not to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be required to recognize the transfer of company interest if it is to form a sale or exchange of 50% (50%) given the other transfer of company profits made 12 months in a row (12 days) before the transfer. In 1986, under the Internal Revenue Service (b), the company's total interest and tax breaks were revised to go beyond that.
Accepted Transfer(s). For each Day the Receiving Shipper may submit via ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’ Nomination System its acceptance of all or part of the Delivering Shipper’s Nomination(s). The Delivering Shipper’s Nomination(s) that are accepted by the Receiving Shipper shall be referred to as “Accepted Transfer(s)”. Accepted Transfer(s) shall be numerically ranked by the Receiving Shipper along with its other “Available Supplies” under the Receiving Agreement to indicate the priority in which the Receiving Shipper desires all of its Available Supplies to be scheduled for delivery by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (the lower the number the higher the priority).
