Landlord will not waive any right to enforce any provision of this Lease by accepting a payment of Base Rent and/or Additional Rent from Tenant knowing that Tenant has failed to comply with the terms of the Lease. No endorsement or statement on any check or any letter accompanying any check or payment shall be deemed to effect an accord and satisfaction and Landlord may accept any such check or payment without prejudice to Landlord’s right to recover the balance of such Base Rent and/or Additional Rent or payment due or pursue any other remedy in this Lease provided.
