Accepting the API Terms. By accessing or using the Xxxxxx API, Customer will have accepted and will comply with i) paragraphs 13 through 20 of the Terms, and ii) the Xxxxxx Public API usage requirements document (the “API Terms”) and these will become applicable to the Parties. If there is a conflict between the Terms and the API terms regarding matters relevant to Xxxxxx API, the API Terms will control for that conflict.
