Common use of Accepting the Card Clause in Contracts

Accepting the Card. a. By choosing to enter into this Agreement, you agree to accept American Express Cards as payment for goods and services sold at your Establishments in the United Kingdom and agree to provide such goods and services to the Cardmember in accordance with any terms (express or implied) relating to the provision of such goods and services and applying between you and the Cardmember.
