Common use of Access and Authorization Clause in Contracts

Access and Authorization. Vendor will employ physical and logical access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access to Customer’s Confidential Information and/or Customer Systems and shall limit access to Personnel with a business need to know. Such mechanisms will have the capability of detecting, logging, and reporting access to Customer Systems and Confidential Information, as well as, actions taken while accessing Customer Systems and/or information.
