Access and Data Security Sample Clauses
The Access and Data Security clause establishes the requirements and protocols for protecting sensitive information and controlling who can access data within a contractual relationship. It typically outlines the security measures that must be implemented, such as encryption, password protection, and restricted access to authorized personnel, and may specify procedures for reporting and responding to data breaches. This clause is essential for safeguarding confidential or personal data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and minimizing the risk of unauthorized access or data loss.
