ACCESS AND FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. The building must be designed and constructed to provide access and facilities for people with a disability in accordance with the Building Code of Australia. If, in complying with this condition, amendments to the development are required, the design changes must be submitted to and approved by Council prior to the Stage 4 Construction Certificate being issued.
