Access and Inspection, Etc. Each party to this Agreement has allowed and shall allow the other party and its authorized representatives full access during normal business hours from and after the date hereof and prior to the Closing Date to all of its properties, books, contracts, commitments and records for the purpose of making such investigations as the other party may reasonably request in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, and shall cause the other party to furnish such information concerning its affairs as reasonably requested. Each party to this Agreement has caused and shall cause its personnel to assist the other party in making such investigation and shall use his best efforts to cause its counsel, accountants, and other non-employee representatives to be reasonably available to the other party for such purposes.
