Common use of Access and Inspection of Records Clause in Contracts

Access and Inspection of Records. The Borrower will permit, at any time and from time to time during regular business hours and upon reasonable prior notice to the Borrower, any Agent or Bank or their respective agents or representatives for purposes relating to the Commitments or the Loans, (i) to examine and make copies of and abstracts from its books and records, (ii) to visit the offices and properties of the Borrower, and (iii) to discuss matters relating to the financial condition of the Borrower or the Borrower’s performance hereunder with any of the officers, directors, employees or independent public accountants of the Borrower having knowledge of such matters.
