ACCESS AND UTILITY AVAILABILITY. Owner shall have received reasonably satisfactory written evidence of the legal access and availability of utilities (including without limitation adequate water, storm water sewer, sanitary sewer, electricity and gas, if required by the Drawings and Specifications) adequate to serve the Project.
