Access at All Times. The Carrier and its employees, agents, and contractors shall have access to the Carrier’s equipment located at or on the TNAS in the Covered Facilities twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, subject, however, to the rules and regulations of the Port Authority.
