Common use of Access by Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Access by Purchaser. The Vendor will give to the Purchaser and the Purchaser's counsel, accountants and other representatives full access, during normal business hours throughout the period prior to the Time of Closing, to all of the properties, books, contracts, commitments, records, and other information of the Vendor relating to the Business and the Assets, and will furnish to the Purchaser during such period all such information as the Purchaser may reasonably request.

Access by Purchaser. The Vendor will shall give to the Purchaser and the Purchaser's ’s counsel, accountants and other representatives full access, during normal business hours throughout the period prior to the Time of Closingclosing, to all of the properties, books, contracts, commitments, records, commitments and other information records of the Vendor relating to the Vendor’s Business and the Assets, and will shall furnish to the Purchaser during such that period all such information as the Purchaser may reasonably request.

Access by Purchaser. The Vendor Seller will give to the Purchaser and the Purchaser's counsel, accountants and other representatives full access, during normal business hours throughout the period prior to the Time time of Closingclosing, to all of the properties, books, contracts, commitments, records, commitments and other information records of the Vendor Seller relating to all aspects of the Business and Seller's business relevant to the Assets, Assets acquired herein and will furnish to the Purchaser during such period all such information as the Purchaser may reasonably request.

Access by Purchaser. The Vendor will shall give to the Purchaser and the Purchaser's ’s counsel, accountants and other representatives full representatives, reasonable access, during normal business hours throughout the period prior to the Time of ClosingClosing Date, to all of the properties, books, contracts, commitments, records, Books and other information of the Vendor relating to the Business Records and the Assets, and will shall furnish to the Purchaser during such that period all such information as the Purchaser may reasonably request.

The Vendor will give to the Purchaser and the Purchaser's its officers, counsel, accountants accountants, and other representatives full access, during normal business hours throughout before the period prior to the Time of ClosingClosing Date, to all of the Assets and the properties, books, contracts, commitments, records, and other information records of the Vendor relating to the Business and the AssetsBusiness, and will furnish to the Purchaser during such that period all such information as that the Purchaser may reasonably request.

The Vendor will give to the Purchaser and the Purchaser's Parent Company and their officers, counsel, accountants accountants, and other representatives full access, during normal business hours throughout the period prior to before the Time of ClosingClosing Date, to all of the Assets and of the Vendor's properties, books, contracts, commitments, records, and other information of the Vendor records relating to the Business and the AssetsBusiness, and will furnish to the Purchaser and the Parent Company during such this period all such information as the Purchaser that they may reasonably request.

Access by Purchaser.
