Access by the Town or its representative
(1) The Contractor must at all times allow the Town or its representative full access to the Gallery for the purposes of inspecting and auditing the Gallery within 24 hours of notice.
(2) The Contractor agrees to permit the Town and its agents with or without tradespersons and others, and with or without plant and equipment at all reasonable times to enter upon the Gallery and all parts thereof to view the condition thereof and to take inventories of the Town’s Fixtures and Fittings therein and to effect such repairs, maintenance and amendments as shall be required by the Town.
