Common use of Access for Inspection and Showing Clause in Contracts

Access for Inspection and Showing. Upon reasonable notice to Tenant, during normal business hours, in a manner that does not interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises, Landlord and its agents shall have the right to enter and/or pass through the Premises at any time to examine the Premises and to show them to prospective purchasers, mortgagees or lessees of the Building. During the period of six (6) months prior to the Expiration Date of this Lease, Landlord and its agents may exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants.

During the period of six (6) 18 months prior to the Expiration Date expiration date of this Lease, Landlord and its agents may exhibit the Premises Leased Property to prospective tenants.
