Common use of Access from Outside the US and its Territories Clause in Contracts

Access from Outside the US and its Territories. County Access to the state network from outside the US and its territories is prohibited unless approved by the ODHS|OHA Chief Information Risk Officer (XXXX). If approved, the County shall provide ODHS|OHA with the IP addresses, or IP address range, to be used to Access the network. Any changes to the provided IP addresses, or IP range, shall be immediately communicated to ODHS|OHA or Access could be affected. 9.5.1. County shall not allow use of any Information Asset in any country or territory in any manner prohibited by governing applicable law, rule, or policy.
